Mobile Home Program
Southern Santa Barbara County residents are invited to participate in the Comprehensive Mobile Home Program, sponsored by the South County Energy Efficiency Partnership (SCEEP) that is administered by Southern California Edison and Southern California Gas Company through a contract awarded to Synergies Companies.
Beginning August 15th, the program will offer mobile home residents free energy-efficient products including compact fluorescent light bulbs (CFLs), low-flow showerheads, free weatherization, duct testing, and much more. The program is designed to help customers achieve their energy-savings goals. The program is offered at no cost to qualified customers. To be eligible, participants must live in southern Santa Barbara County and be customers of Southern California Edison and Southern California Gas Company. Additional terms and conditions apply.
