The Community Environmental Council (CEC) serves as the consultant for the South Coast Energy Efficiency Partnership.

The CEC is a non-profit resource and education organization with projects focusing on renewable and sustainable energy resources.  Our programs aim to move the region away from fossil fuels within one generation and encourage people to take individual action to reduce their carbon footprint.
